Booking & Cancellation Policy

At JC Love Yourself LLC, DBA JC New Beginnings, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, personalized experience for every client. The following policy ensures clarity, consistency, and mutual respect in all scheduled sessions.

Session Booking Guidelines

All appointments must be scheduled through the official booking link provided at the time of purchase or confirmation.

  • Sessions must be booked and used within the specified timeframe outlined in your program, package, or agreement.

  • Availability may be limited during holidays, weekends, or high-demand periods. Booking early is strongly encouraged.

  • You are responsible for booking your sessions within the designated window. Unused sessions do not automatically roll over.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice using the link provided.

  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered a forfeited session.

  • Missed sessions and no-shows are also forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

  • Emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of JC New Beginnings.

Late Arrival Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. Sessions begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, and additional time will not be added.

Unused Sessions

All sessions must be used within the timeframe specified in your program. Extensions may be granted only with written approval prior to session expiration.

Waitlist Policy

If all available times are currently booked, you may request to join a waitlist. You will be notified as soon as openings become available.
